This extinguisher was made by the walter kidde & company inc, belleville, new jersey. This extinguisher is for class a fires only, it is empty now adn that is the way it will ship. I believe this extinguisher to be nickel/chrome plated over brass, it does not pull a magnet. The plating looks ot be in good condition, it does show a little paint spatter in my pictures. The top ring or cap is painted blue and also does not pull a magnet. One section of this ring shows a flat spot, otherwise there are a few small dings and a little paint spatter. It measures approx. 24 high and approx.
6 1/2 dia. As seen in pictures this extinguisher comes with the metal holder for the recharge bottle, and i believe a lead stopper for the recharge bottle. The hose is still flexible. I believe this to date back to 50s or 60s. Because of size and weight this will ship ups.
Winning bidder will pay shipping and insurance. If we feel insurance does not need to be purchased, we will give the buyer the option of purchasing insurance. However, if insurance is not purchased, the seller is nto responsible for damage or loss.

A refund will not be given unless we have grossly misrepresented an item. If a refund is given, it will be for the price of the item only, not the shipping nor insurance. We buy adn sell on the internet, flea markets and antique shows.
We do a lot of traveling to od this, so if a shipment is delayed, it is because we are on the road. We look for items that we feel the customer is looking for and we try ot deal in older, collectibles or antiques, but sometimes we will sell new or everyday, usable items.
We list our items at an amount that we feel comfortable with and that we feel is a fair market value. We do not pad our shipping charges and we would hope that the bidder takes this inot account. Everyone has additional expenses whether it be gas to look for the items, packing materials, time in cleaning or fixing an item, researching the item, and more. We take all of this into consideration when we est our opening bid or a fixed price and therefore, do not overcharge on shipping nor charge a handling fee.
